So, it is February ALREADY!!!! So much is going on that I literally have to pick and choose what I want/need to do. A ton of studying and working to finish school....Graduation is in MAY!!!...a bunch of outreach opportunities, flower making, church work, all kinds of youth activities, youth services, worship team practice, helping out at a Boy's and Girl's club, and whatever else you can add to the list. :o) Life is definitely a learning experience, and it's starting to make some sense now. Anyhow, here are a couple of pictures. Enjoy!

FUNNY Story! While everyone was still shopping in Wally World for their shoebox goodies, me and a couple other friends bought a snack, and headed out to the entrance to sit. Well, everyone was bored, so I provided entertainment by asking everyone who walked in and out of the store if they would like a yummy cookie....or yummy peppermint Kisses! Hahahaha! So this is our famous box of cookies. Btw, only 3 people actually ate our cookies..I think it was because all of us were laughing, so they thought it was a joke! LOL!!!

Happy New Years, or like Bro. Ballestero likes to say, "Joyful New Years!!!!" because you can have the Joy of the Lord even when nothing has happened to make you happy. :o)

2011 was a very difficult year for me, my family, my pastor and his family, and for our church, but that year is over and in the face of everyone, much to their surprise, we WILL come out on top!!!!! It's going to be an INCREDIBLE year!!!!!!!!! I'm so thankful for what DIDN'T happen to me in 2011! I'm still alive and kickin'....and if you that I can't make it, you better watch out and prepare to be amazed !!! :o)

I feel better now that I got all of that out. Hahaha! So, we ended the old year, and kicked in the New Year with Compass Family Renewal Conference that we just started this year. Goodness Me! My pastor knows just how to do a conference. :o) That was one of the BEST conferences I have ever been to! Can't wait until next year's conference!

As many of y'all know....I graced Winter Heritage with my presence on Thursday, and boy was that exciting...and weird! Hahahaha! Many still accepted me with open arms, and others who I thought I knew....well...they went all snooty patootie on me, and since I have enough of my father in me I put my biggest smile on, and acted like I didn't care. :o) There were a couple (one in particular) who surprised me, and I got a little teary eyed, but I held it all together. :o) I do want to say that I have some of the world's GREATEST friends, and a HUGE support group! I love it when a friend's love is bigger than a mistake, and any difference that could come between you. Thank God for people who know how to let His love show through them. Makes me smile! :oD

Well, today has been a bit of a struggle for me. Over the last year I have had way too many lost friendships. No matter how strong I appear to be, or even think I am, I find out that in a little corner of my heart I still miss my friends. Well, most of them! Hehehe! Seriously, though! I see names in my phone, I read cards, see gifts, and I never really know why they aren't there any more. Just knowing if I hadn't stood behind my pastor and his dreams and visions {that have become my family's dreams and visions} then I wouldn't have lost any friends. If I had to do it again....well...I would!!!! Number 1. Because I love my pastor and believe what he is preaching, and I believe in him and the path he is taking me and my family. Number 2. Because my friendships shouldn't control my life and what I believe. I realize other people have different beliefs and I respect that! I always say "The world would be a VERY boring place if everyone were the same." I just don't get why nobody can talk to me because I don't do things the same as them, and if that isn't the reason then why can't I at least get an explanation? Life is so difficult sometimes. It's so easy just to go with the "in" crowd and try your best to be like them and be accepted by them then to stand up for what you believe and get thrown under the bus, ran over, and then they back up and run over you again. It's also difficult when you have dreams that you and your friends have dreamed that included them that is destroyed just because they think I have to be like them. It's not my place to judge, so why should I be judged? People hang out with friends in their public school's and college everyday and they don't throw them to the side of the road and say, "I can't talk to you or love you because you don't go to my church or believe what I believe." No, you show them love so they can see Christ through you, right?! Well, if they don't show them much love and respect then they must not have any friends! Hahahah! Anyhow, I said all of this to say, I still love and respect my friends oh, so very much I just wish I had answers.

I know a couple of my blogging friends may still read my blog...so if you are I want you to know that I love you so very much! I'm trying to get over the confusion that is in my mind. I know nobody is perfect and maybe you didn't have an option and you had to leave me stranded on the side of the road, if you would like to explain it you have my number, email and address! :o)

.....and so very precious! And today I am reminded of this. Earlier I went to a funeral of a 33 year old lady who died of cancer, and what is tear jerking is that the day before she died her daughter celebrated her birthday. Life is so short and oh, so very sweet! I can only hope and pray that everyday when I get up I can live each day to it's fullest. God gave me life for a reason. :o) So, today I am very thankful for LIFE! And I am also thankful for my friends and family, and their honesty. True friends don't sugarcoat the truth. :o) I can't wait to see a few of them soon. Oh, what a surprise this is going to be! hehehehe! I'm evil! :o) Well, that is it for now....I'd prefer Facebook over blogging, but I might as well keep this for those who don't have a FB, and to keep people in suspense....you never know when I'm going to blog. ;o)

Where to begin?!

Whoa! I haven't been on here in ages! :o) There is SOOOO much going on I don't even know where to begin! :o) So, I have picked up a new hobby....*drum roll, please*.....rollerblading! Don't laugh! :o) It's so fun, especially when you go with a lot of friends, and it's great exercise! :o) There has been a lot of Mobile Services, feeding the poor, outreach, youth class, youth functions, church and a lot of other awesome things!!!! With everything that our church has been through this year, and is still going through, we have really become a stronger church! Our city is hungry for God and we have answer! Just this past Saturday while doing outreach in the projects a bunch of little kids come running up to me hungry for love and attention. They were doing cartwheel's and flipping and all they wanted from me was attention...of course I started cheering for them and then when I got ready to leave they followed me while still talking to me. They are so easy to love! :o) Hopefully in the next few days I will be going back to be their cheerleader again. :o) The other news is our new conference!!! We are having a Family Conference, Compass, the end of December!!!! It's going to be amazing! The preachers will be: Bro. Ken Bow, Bro. Ballestero, Bro. McLaughlin, Bro. Tim Pixler and my AWESOME Pastor!!!!! It's going to be insanely incredible! :o)

Anyhow!!!! I have posted, so this should last me another few months! Bahahahhaha!

Well, there has been a LOT going on recently!!!!! Next week I officially start my last year of school and then I will be looking into taking fashion designing courses and if it takes me far I may go to school for fashion designing...and haters are gonna hate, but whose life is it?! <--- all said in the nicest tone possible :o{D ANYHOW!!!!!! I really have been busy and when I haven't been busy I didn't want to blog. Hahaha! Right smart reason, ya thank?! :0) I have been having a BLAST with my youth groupies!!! From our functions to our Wednesday youth services. It's has been refreshing! It's awesome just to get away from all the stress of life and get together with your true friends and worship like nobody's watching and also not having to worry about what they think about you. They are the best. Period! This has been a very exciting year and it's been a very hard year too. I have learned a LOT about people this year...some good and some bad and some that I am really glad I came to realize before I got any older. :o) I have made new friends and I remembered the old ones. Sometimes we get caught up in making new friends that we leave out the old ones and then we realize further down the road just how much the old ones have our back. It's nice to be able to have friends that I can be myself around and not trying to be something I am not....and always being afraid of stepping on someones toes. It's still not easy, but who said life was?! :o) All of that aside...here are some pictures from a couple of recent youth functions and a few from our trip to the circus. :o) Hope you enjoy!!!! {after this it will probably just be a "you" that reads my blog} :o)

SO today was my birthday party...and yes, I did a Dr. Seuss theme! :) Since Dr. Seuss is red, white and blue and my birthday is on July 4th. Everyone's first response was "Dr. Seuss?! You are supposed to be 18!" Hahahaha! What can I say?! I love being different...it just feels so right! Hehehe! It was soooo awesome! :) Soooo, I forgot to blog about my Dear Daddy on Father's Day. How could I?! I don't know! Actually I do. So either I just lied or I made yet another mistake. How could I?! I don't know! ACTUALLY........well you get the point. I HOPE! I REALLY don't want to have to go through that again! So terrible! LOL! Wow! I wow myself sometimes....that's the reason for the 'wow'. Hahahahaha!

Some girls grow up without a daddy there to love and protect them, and to push them towards their dreams, but yet correct them when they are wrong. A father's love is unconditional. I have some major lazy days when I don't want to get up and so does my dad...the only difference is I usually give in and dilly dally around for another hour and my dad makes himself get up so he can give me and my family what we want and need to survive. Everyday he sets an example for me and my family...and Dad I want you to know when I find a man (if I ever do :) I'll make sure he is a MAN and he will fight for his family and work for his family the way you do. My dad has taught me that everything doesn't come easy...you have to fight for it. Thanks Dad for always believing in me and helping me find my purpose in life. Thanks for always encouraging me to follow my dreams wherever it leads me and thanks for being brutally honest with me...even though you embarrassed me a few...er...bunch of times! Thanks for eating my exotic meals and for finding what was good about them when even I knew that they were disgusting (I have had some crazy experiences in the kitchen, folks!). Thanks for eating my BIG chicken wings and for eating my "sloppy dogs" :) And a very BIG Thanks for teaching me how to drive and letting me drive LONG distances while mom was praying through in the seat behind me :) and thanks for not having a heart attack when I rolled out into the street with a boatload of traffic coming straight for me...we could have dies, ya know?! :) You have and mom have been my cheerleaders through thick and thin (LITERALLY! :) and for that I owe you everything! :) I hope you had a VERY Happy Father's Day! All my love, Me :)

I think God brings people into your life for a reason and most of the time we don't realize it. God brought this dear woman, Maleah, into my life a few years ago and it wasn't until recently I realized how much she has helped me. My confidence in myself and my talents have grown mostly because of this woman. She believes in me...and not just me, she also believes in others. She always tells me "You can do anything, just follow your dreams". And I have really taken that for granted. I thought people just said things like that to make someone feel better (most people do) but she really means it! One time I had made something, and I have this habit of pointing out my mistakes to others (and I think it's because I am afraid of what others might say if they seen the mistake and realized I messed up) and so I was showing her something I had made and getting her opinion (she is a professional seamstress) and asking her if she had any tips on how I could make it better, and then I pointed out my mistake and she kinda got on to me :) She said, "Mess-up's can look pretty and sometimes it gives whatever you are making a certain character." And that has stuck with me. I have always felt as if what I made wasn't perfect enough because every once in awhile you could see a thread that wasn't supposed to be seen or a petal was out of place, but she has helped me see that my best might not always be perfect but at least I tried. :) I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for this dear lady! I Love you so much, Sis. Maleah and anywhere I go in life I'll be sure to remember that you are the one that helped me get there and succeed! :) :) :) Peace, Love & Giant CHEESE balls!

Hehehe! So here is some pictures of our latest youth function. It might look boring, but actually it was pretty fun. :) We played a little basketball (of course all I could do was dribble....I couldn't make it into the goal), we ate (of course!!!), we talked, played Leggo's, played air hockey, and the guys played the Xbox. :) Here are some picahtures...I didn't get a bunch, but SOME nonetheless. Weekend Mania!!!!

God is doing AWESOME things in Fort Worth!!!!! It is SO incredible! First we will start with our Fun Bash on Saturday. What we did is we went to some apartment complexes right down the road from our church and set up our Mobile Stage for music and puppets. We also had free snacks, an iPod giveaway, prizes, soccer challenge, jump roping, hula hooping, a bounce house, and basketball. It was a blast!!!! And in result we had 12 new kiddos on the bus Sunday morning, and 7 new teenagers in our youth class!!!!! And, also, we had 6 baptized Sunday morning, and 5 out of the 6 received the Holy Ghost!!!!! God is MOVING in OUR CITY!!!!!!!!!! This past Sunday we also set up our Mobile Stage for church. We had a new location this time. It went over really well!!!! :) Here are some pictures for y'all. We took 549 pictures the whole weekend and there is no way I can put them all up, so I will have to pick and choose. :) ENJOY!!!!!

..helps the medicine go down in the most delightful way!". Buuuut my mommy knows how to brighten my day, and she also knows I don't like medicine and can't have real sugar! :) I LOVE my mother to death! She is my "partner in crime". :) My dad's nickname for her is "Sweet & Low" (evryone gets sooo tickled at that) but you know that saying "dynamites come in small packages"? Yeah. It's very true with my mom! You get to talking about her family or her Pastor and his family......let me just worn you. DO. NOT. DO. IT! Unless you want her to beat you to smithereens! :) My mom is hilarious! Here is a conversation we had a couple of days ago. Mom: "Chas, are you planning on having a long speech at your graduation?" Me: "Umm...yes, Mom. You know me...I love to talk.":) Mom: "Ok. Are you going to say anything about me?" Me: "Of Course!" Mom: "Okay...then I am going to go out when you give your speech." Me: "Why?!" Mom: "Because I am afraid you are going to tell everyone about me not knowing how to load the dishwasher...where plastic goes on top and glass goes on bottom!" Hahahahaha! She always catches me off guard! :) We have the funniest moments together! I am super glad, happy, ecstatic, "awesomeized", and honored to have her as my mother! She is the BEST in the WORLD! She is the GREATEST in the WWW DOT (period)!!!! :) So here are some pictures from Mother's Day. :) ERNJOY! :)

And this is my mom's crosage from this year. One time my dad couldn't find a crosage he liked for her so for about 4 years I have made her crosages...it's our little tradition. Even when I am married I still gotta make 'em for her. :) :) :)

We had an AWESOME day Sunday! The service wasWONDERFUL! I can't wait to see what else God has in store for us! There has been atleast one to get baptized every Sunday of our Pentecost Sunday's so far! God is doing great things! :)

I will soon be posting the pictures from our Springfest this past weekend. And also we have our "Fun Bash" this Saturday. Which is a youth activity. We are going into one our of local apartment complexes and settinng up our mobile truck stage and doing a little fun thing there for the kids. It will be a great activity not only for our youth but also for the kids in the community!

:) Happy May 5th! I am going to celebrate with a fiesta then a siesta! :)

My parents Anniversary was May 2nd and I just wanted to wish them a VERY HAPPY ANNIVERSARY....a wee bit late. Hopefully soon they can go out of town like they wanted to. :) There is just SO much going on. :) Mom and Dad, I love you very much!!! Hope y'all had a great time cheating on the diet...next time don't forget me, mk?! :)

Well, this weekend is our Spring Fest! It's gonna be hoppin'! :) The drama team is performing some skits this weekend at the Spring Fest....eeeek! Lol! It's going to be hilarious! :)

Sadly enough this first part of this post is sad. Sad, huh? :) My laptop crashed last night and it had ALL of my pictures on it. Like over 600 pictures :'( I don't know yet if they are lost forever. But, they had all of the pictures I took of our Royal Wedding party and a LOT more. So for now I am just going to post the pictures I took yesterday evening at our church roller skating event....and maybe my dad can recover my other pictures. :)

Roller Blading was F. U. N!!!! WAY better than ice skating! I fell 7 times when I went ice skating, but roller blading I only fell 3 times...and twisted my arm twice. :) I am sooo sore today, but that is fine and dandy! :) I didn't get too many good quality pictures so this will have to do. :)

:) Just because some people like the titles of my blog posts. :) Outreach went good today. The Sunday School kids went out this morning and did some outreach. There are supposed to be a lot of visitors tomorrow! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!! Church. Is. AWESOME. Period! :) Tomorrow is our 2nd Mobile Church Service. I will be sure to blog about that...and take some pictures of course. :)

I have to get things to get my things ready for church tomorrow. Gotta get up at 6 am so we can help with the bus ministry. :) Goodnight Everybody! Oh, and here is a picture for y'all. Lol! The is the first time in awhile I have fixed my hair down....and the last for awhile. Too difficult! :)

Next blog post is about the Royal Wedding! :) Yes, I am one of the ones that stayed up all night/morning to watch it. :) A wedding that lasted from 2am to 8am (our time) :) I am thinking about having my wedding at 4 am...lets see who shows up. :) :) :) I had a blast watching it with the besties though....we ate and celebrated all day! :)

...go through Samaria. John 4:4 :) This has nothing to do with service tonight, although it was FANTASTIC! Funny Story...AND it's REAL too...AND it happened only an hour ago! :) :) :) My little brother was sitting in our entertainment room with my laptop on the internet while me and my parents where in the living room on my Dad's laptop. Well, the little brother was hogging the internet (not to mention my middle brother was on his laptop on the internet too) and our youtube video kept buffering. I got a little annoyed at the crazy internet and I raised my voice (just one octave, don't worry I didn't yell) and said, "Dillon!" he said, "yeaaah?" and at that point both of my parents gave me "the look" ;) and I said, "We Must Needs Go Through Samaria!". And that was it, my parents lost their "look" and busted out laughing! Lol! I kind of felt good about that one. Of course my brother was clueless and didn't get it, which I was happy to give the "clueless" title to him this time seeing it is usually me that holds that title in the family. :) :) :) Anyhow! :)

Soooo, tomorrow is the Royal Modern Fairytale Wedding!!!! Yay! I know most of the people that read my blog probably isn't into it that much, but I think it's pretty neat! :) Everyone is entitled to their opinion, right?! Good!!!! :) I am going to be celebrating and eating hors d'oeuvres. :) Yummy!

Also, tomorrow (today) is drama practice. I got some pictures last week but they were bad quality and not suitable for the bloggie...sooo I will try to get better ones this time. And more excitin' news......Our Youth room and Youth Corner Cafe has a paint job! No matter how much I pick on Bro. Jeremy Doucet (he deserves every bit and more...plus he picks on me so I have a right, right?!) :) he did a GREAT job painting it!!!! I can't wait for the turquoise though!!! It looks GREAT!!! :)

Oh and most of our youth are going to Ignite youth camp this year and so we had a youth auction. Hahahahahahaha! It was hilarious!!!! I am going to PEAK but I decided to help out the others that are going to Ignite. I had the most bids and the highest bids. Lol! It was WEIRD but HILARIOUS! :) I hope those kids appreciate this! ;) I know they will have a good time...and I love my youth group so it won't be too bad. :) :) :)

Anyhow, I have a LONG day ahead of me tomorrow and so I better run, jump, hop, skip, waddle, scoot, leap, fumble my way to bed. Love my blog friends! To you all, I am ROYALLY LOYAL, My Lord's and Lady's (just had to do it!)! :)

Don't forget the CHOCOLATE EASTER BUNNIES either!!!!! That is the YUMMY part of Easter.....BUT I haven't ate any chocolate this Easter so I guess I am going to have to fix that, huh? TOTALLY! Lol! Anyhow, today we had AWESOME youth class! Pastor taught us today (he does every other Sunday. And he is THE. BEST. PERIOD.) :) He said something that will stick with me forever. He said, "You are worth a Lifetime." There will be people who will come along and want to treat you like trash, use you, and then throw you away, but you are worth way more than $100. You are worth a whole lifetime. It was AWESOME!!!!! Then church....WOW! Incredible! We had 2 get the Holy Ghost and 1 get Baptized and Backsliders ther. We had a GREAT Easter/50 Day's of Pentecost service!!!!! Awesome presence of God in Communion also! And and very VERY good Spanish Service today! God is doing GREAT things!!!! :) So, here are some pictures from today. ENJROY...haha!

I dislike pudding with lumps (especially SUGAH-FREE). Just a random tidbit of info for you. :) Tonight we had a geat service! We are going to be doing what we are calling "50 days of Pentecost" starting Easter Sunday until Sunday, June 1st. We will have outreach every single Saturday and prayer every Saturday night starting this Saturday and we will be fasting and praying throughout the weeks to come. I am ECSTATIC!!!!! It's is going to be AWESOME!!!! :) Anyhow, tomorrow is youth drama practice. SOOOO FUN! :) I will try to get some pictures. :) Heavens, how I LOVE Spring time!!!!! All these BRIGHT colors!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! :)

Cookies, Friends, Awesome Church=O-MAZIN' Weekend

Yep! You have read it right I ATE COOKIES! Well, technically they are crunchy peanut butter crackers dipped in white chococolate (CHOCOCO-LATE) but who is being technical here?! :)They were SOOOO yummy! :) I had a very fun weekend hanging out with my besties. :) We have some furnay memories, people! :)

AND OMW!!!!!!!!! The services today (and last Sunday) were phenominal!!!!! Bro. A. D. Spears spoke directly to me and our church. This morning he talked about "The Left Hand of God". We are like olives. God is squeezing us and taking us through stuff so we can become olive oil so that He can pour us out on others so that they can be blessed. Words cannot describe! And tonight....WOW!!!!! He talked about getting behind our pastor, standing up for him, praying for him and his family, not just a "Bless him, Jesus" type prayer but REALLY praying for him and his family. It was so INCREDIBLE! You would have had to be there! Let's just say if you ever say anything bad about my pastor or his family.....well................. I think you got the point! :P

So, that is my story and I am stickin' to it like SUPAH GLUE!!!!! :)

So, tomorrow (today) is practice for our youth drama team. I am SOOOO UBER EXCITED!!!!!! :) Our drama club is not only for people who want to act, but also for people who want to design, write, sing, and any other talent that goes into drama's, lighting, sound, ect. :) It's GONNA BE A GOOD ONE! :) I am seriously thinking about going to school to be a designer so this will really help me personally and also it will be great to get to hang out with the youth and have fun while working. :) There is 2 major things I love about my youth group...there are more, but I don't have the time. :) #1. God is TOP PRIORITY #2. We know how to laugh and we aren't afraid to do stupid/crazy things to make others laugh. :) So, working together is going to be awesome! So, with all that being said, I am thinking about making some of these for our first drama. What do you think?

Hahahaha! TOTALLY kidding! Although I DO love the colors! hehehe!

Well, kiddos, I think I will hit the hay. Morning comes early (NAW, DUH!).

I am amazed at how frequently I am posting on here. Simply AhMazing! :) Sooo, today was outreach, and boy was it good! Usually our outreach team goes door to door, but we decided to change it up a bit today. We all rode our big yellow church bus in to our city and first stopped buy and bought bottled water, then handed them out at the bus stop along with our church flyers, then from there we went into the parkinglots of a CVS, a Walgreen's, a gas station, and a fashion store and handed out flyers, and then some of us got smart (it was legal) and went into the median of a 4 lane street and passed out flyers to the people in the turning lane. People were really receptive! It was a very productive outreach! We should have a lot coming tomorrow on the bus! And then we stopped by an apartment complex of a teenage girl who came to church last Sunday and she and her cousin are coming tomorrow! I am UBER excited!!!!!!!!!! God is doing AWESOME things in our church!!!!!!!! So since we have to be up majorly early tomorrow I am going to go to bed. :) Peace, Love and Choc-a-mocha Chocolate Fudge Cake with Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy Bars :) Too much Odyssey :)

Youth Groupies!!!

So my youth groupies got to hang out tonight with a neigboring pastor's youth group and we had a fun time! The girls tried our hands at volleyball....i made a fool of myself (like normal!) because I can't play ANY KIND of sports whatsoever! So we went inside and after eating some YUMMY burgers (well, I just ate the burger patti and some cheese because they are low in carbs) and then we played Phase 10, which ended halway through when we all got caught up in a conversation. :) Jonathan said to me "I might just slap you!" Poor Me! We have some good memories of today! :) Like Brooke wondering why the gps on her phone said it would take us 2 and 1/2 hours to get 6.7 miles and taking us on backroads instead of the hiway...come to find out she had the setting on walking instead of driving. :) I got some pictures, but a couple are REALLY blurry bc of the lighting and stuff. Tomorrow is outreach and some shopping afterwards...yay!

I used to care what others thought about me. My life used to revovle around what others thought. Before I made any decisions I would ask myself "I wonder what ______ (insert name here) would think". Not only my decisions but my style of clothes and everything. And now looking back I see just how stupid I was! I now dress the way I want to. No matter how retarded it may look to other people...or even to me! :) I have only one goal in life and that is for God to be pleased with me. I am so thankful for a Pastor and a family who teaches me to be who I am and not what other think I should be! I love God with my WHOLE and COMPLETE HEART! I just wish everyone could realize that. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask....I don't bite (not always). LOL! JK! What was today{yesterday} you might ask. Well, it was..........

Hahahaha!!!! That it was BUT it was also my lovely mommy's birthday! I can't believe it but she is still young and after 3 kids-2 of them being teenagers AND driving- she still doesn't have one gray hair that we can find. Must be a miracle...especially with all the stress I alone cause her! :) :) :) She is the best mother ever!!! Even though I can stay home by myself now (because I am a big girl now-hehe!) she will still stay with me when I am sick AND make me dinner AND bring me snacks in bed (yes I LOVE food, okay?!) until I am all better! But, more importantly she prays for me and always incourages me to never let anyone get me down and to do whatever I feel like God wants me to do with my life. You know how some people jump 'dreams' a lot? Like one day they want to be a photographer, the next day it's a chef, the next a police officer, the next an interior decorator, the next a lawyer, the next a designer, and etc. Well, with every dream I have ever thought was "what I want to do in life" she (and my dad) always incouraged me to go with it (and FYI: I have never wanted to be a police officer or a lawyer) :) I think it's pretty awesome that the day before her bday I got my buisness cards in the mail....something she has incouraged me to do often! I don't know who is reading this but I want to incourage you to never shut your parents out! They make mistakes (don't we all) but they almost ALWAYS know what is best for you no matter how much we think they are wrong. :) Mom, if you are reading this I want you to know that I love you very much and I will NEVER take for granted everything you have done for me or gave to me...not for as long as I live! Thank you for giving me life-even though I was very stubborn! I will love you always for it! I hope you had a very Happy Birthday....I will make dinner next time instead of you making your own (or how about we go to your favorite restaurant instead? JK! LOL!) Love you, Mom!!!

So here are the photos of the day. I am so proud of Alaina! She played the keyboard for our Childrens Choir tonight at church...she did an INCREDIBLE job! So did the choir! I love my job! :)

We had some AWESOME services today!!!! My Pastor is the best ever!!! He preached and sang...and knocked the ball out of the park, but he always does that! :) And we had a good Spanish service too. Our Spanish pastor's daughter help lead in worship with us today. She did a great job! Again-I love my job! :)

Also youth class was very good today! Bro. Alan taught "Purpose and Passion". I am so very thankful for my life!

So yesterday we had our very first Mobile Church Service. OMW!!!!!!! It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! I can't wait until the next service in April! I will post those pictures real soon!

Month of Madness and Birthday's

Title says it all! :) As of right now I am currently...like as of this very minute....sipping ice cold (with ice) diet Pepsi from a coffee mug...AND I am drinking it like I would coffee. Strange I KNOW! I just can't help it....I was born this way (Hahaha...Alaina). Senior, senior, senior! Hehehe! I LOVE the Love of my LIFE...and my life too...J-E-S-U-S...and NO, Marissa, that is NOT with a Spanish accent! :) My life is going awesome right now. Just a few months ago I just wanted to fall over and die because I thought it would never get better.....but now it's better and I don't know how it could ever get any better than this! Just something about my God....we fall down and with His GIGANTICLLY HUGE STRONG hand He pulls and back up and sits us on His knee and gives us back our Princess Tiara...that is for all the dramatic girls out there. :) And speaking of Jesus....He blessed me almost 18 years ago with this BIG BEAR....My Daddy! :) Yes, he is a bear. He is BIG, VERRRRY protective and a hug-able teddy bear. :) I love, love, LOVE to hear my Dad pray! His voice is so loud it sometimes feels like he is shaking the house....okay, maybe I am exaggerating but it sure feels like it sometimes! :) He definitely isn't afraid to cry...matter of fact I think when I get married he will cry more than I will. :) When I was a little younger I did this VERY bad deed.....I cheated on my Math test. LOL! I know...y'all thought I was a perfect angel but every once in a while (maybe like once a month???) I would let my horns show through my halo. :) I disliked Math so very much...and I still dislike it! :) And one day at school I thought I would copy my answers off the student sitting in front of me...just because he was sitting at the perfect angle and I could see everyone of his answers...and I was too lazy to figure it out on my own. Ha! I didn't know at the time but he was bad at Math too! LOL! Well, of course my teacher went to grading our papers...then I seen her leave the classroom...then.....I got called out of the class....THEN I got taken to the principle....THEN I had to skip recess....THEN I got like 10...TEN...demerits....THEN MY DAD came.....THEN I WAS SCARED!!!!!!! I wanted to run and hide SOOOOO bad!!!!! The whole ride home my dad was quite as a mouse (I know he is mad when he is quite) and when we got home my dad told me to go to the kitchen and get a knife (i know...scary!) I was crying so hard! He then told me to sit down on the couch next to me, then he started telling me how bad it was to cheat....Bible verses were spewing out of his mouth. :) Then he said...I will never forget his words... he said, "What you did today broke my heart and Jesus' heart too. So I want you to take this knife and cut out my heart". I then broke completely down and starting crying so hard and i was screaming "NO, Daddy!!!! PLEASE NO!!!!", and I looked up and my dad was crying too, and I looked over and my mom was walking out of the room crying. He kept saying, "Go ahead. Cut my heart out." It was like all of the sudden my heart stopped...I knew I would NEVER ever cheat again. I finally learned what it felt like to hurt someone very deeply. And that day I learned SO MUCH! Of course I told him that there was no way I could cut his heart out and I also told him to ground me, spank me, beat me, ground me...I think I might have even told him that he could give me up for adoption {lol} but I would never cut his heart out! And I had cried so much I had one of those pounding headaches....like with every breath and heartbeat it hurt and pounded. :) And then when I got off of my suspension I had to clean the blackboards and go without recess for a few days but the lesson I learned was very well worth being in that much trouble! :) ANd in case you were wondering...NO I have not cheated since then! :) There have been a few other times in my life where I did wrong, slipped and made big mistakes, but yet he still loved me...along with my mom. :) And the reason for this big, long, crazy post is because this Friday is my dad's birthday. And, I just wanted to tell him {and all 2 of y'all} that I love and appreciate him so very much! Without him I wouldn't be here {for really! :)}. I love you, Dad!!!! I hope you have a awesome birthday and I hope you like your gift I got you!!!! :) Oh and PS....I can hear you in the living room right now. :) Well, dear folks.......I think it's time I bid you farewell. Awkward Moments...

Have you ever had an awkward moment? Like when you said something and it came out so totally wrong but at first you were the only one to catch it....AND you freak out about it AND then everyone feaks out with you?! Yeah?! No?! Well, it has happen to me....one too many times and it happen more than once today! I say it's because I don't have a filter between my brain and my mouth but I am starting to think I might not HAVE a brain! :) In other news....I gave a donation to a girl going around Ross parking lot selling sun catchers to raise money for a missions trip for her youth group (i didn't really need a sun catcher). :) I don't know about you but if I was trying to raise money I would want someone to help me. She was a very sweet girl too! Well HOWDY, Folks!!!! Looks like a storm is really a-brewing....that and aLOT of other stuff has been on the calendar lately. In a couple of weeks the youth drama club has a "brain-storming" party. I can't wait until our first drama-which should be the end of this year....hopefully! I am going to be helping out with the designing/acting/singing...which sould be very entertaining/hysterical/fun/embarrassing and all the above! LOL! And with that being said here are some pictures for you. Some are from the Winter Jam concert the youth went to and some are of a cardigan I made my mom. :) Hope your day is filled with peace, love and LOTS of sweets!

Some may say I have neglected my blog, but I say.....I took a much needed break! :) But, I am back...for a little while atleast :) So, ya know what? To celebrate I am going to go get my permit so I can drive. :) YES I am almost 18 and NO I do not drive...legally that is. :) My parents have been trying their best to "help" me get my permit for a few months now but for some odd reason I keep putting off studying for it -if you have talked to me any you know my fears and weaknesses. :} But, I have read (with skipping only a few...er...a lot of pages) the book and I am ready to fail the test! LOL! JK! I will try everything in my power to get that computer to operate well! Hehehe! The first reason I am going to go ahead and take it is because my dad really wants help driving on our upcoming road trip. YEAH I am driving my "mom's truck" and YEAH she is freaking....good thing I am already on the full coverage insurance. :) And the 2nd reason is because of some crazy law that kid's -yes I am still a kid thankyouverymuch!-18 and over have to pay this whoppin' fine to get a license. Silly, huh? Ya thank they would charge the kids UNDER 18....they probably should still charge me! :) But...yeah...so that was my post for the week...talk to all you floating dust bunnies when Easter comes! :) Jk! 7. I am thankful for Cameras! :) Without cameras we would only have memories {some of us don't remember anything so we don't have memories! :) } and not have any photos to remember anything {wow! deep!} and we also wouldn't have anything to give to our great-great-grandkids when we die. LOL!

8. Calvin and Hobbs!!!!!! I love me some Calvin and Hobbs! :)

9. Thanksgiving! I love Thanksgiving. It's the only time of the year that pigging-out on food is allowed! :)

10. My queen size bed and extra fluffy pillow. Lan'sakes, chil', if I didn't have a bed and pillow i would be sleeping on the floor and that is no fun...unless you are at a sleepover! :)

11. My slippers and hot chocolate! They keep me warm on the cold days! :)

12. HUGE hair acessories! They help cover up mistakes and sometimes when I don't want to fix my hair they can make a granny bun look a lot better! :)

13. I am also thankful for Trees. Without them we wouldn't have any type of paper! :)

14. Texting. Whoever invented texting must have been sitting in a boring meeting.....I want to personally Thank whomever it was for creating it! Shore makes my life easier sometimes! :)

15. Face Book. Just one trip to Face Book can make my day brighter because of everyone who posts STUPID stuff on there...like "Well, I just made up my bed. Looks pretty neat! I will post a picture of it in a minute." or "There is a funny looking cloud in the sky. Has anyone seen it yet?" LOL!

1. The truth! There is no telling where I would be if God had not saved me! I know that is a common saying but it is sooo true! 2. My AWESOME Pastor and his Family! They are INCREDIBLE! I am sooo thankful that he believes in me, my family and our church family and encourages us and spends countless HOURS upon hours studying, praying, fasting and everything else he does for us! And to his family for sharing him with us and giving up so much for us. They are the perfect examples of what TRUE Christains should be like! 3. My Family. My family is the best!!!! ....only because I am voice-less! I told my grandmother this is the only way I could talk. I have been laughing hysterically but nothing comes out so it makes it even more funny! :) Well, today has been a rather eventful day. I think we are about to have to take a mini road trip to Tennessee because my great grandmother (who I have never seen) has died. Well, in other news....Thanksgiving is coming! I love Thanksgiving!!!!!!!! Can't you tell? This is my 2nd post about it! My aunt is coming from Tennessee and my grandparents are already here! We are having a blast too! Last night we didn't have service at our home church so we went to hear my grandpa preach at a neigboring church. His messages are always hard to forget. :) Last night he talked about "Being a Saltshaker". I don't remember all the points because I have slept since then. :) Anyhow, I am in process of uploading more YouTube videos for those who have been waiting for more. Surgery.......

I had oral surgery this morning. 6 teeth removed including all 4 wisdom teeth. Wow! What an experiance!!!!! To everyone who recieved crazy texts from me.....sorry I was very crazy and under tons of medication. I don't remember anything that happened or the ride home...the only way I know several people got crazy text was because they were all on my phone and I went back and read them....and WOW! They were pretty hysterical! :) The real pain hasn't hit yet (Thank God!) and my face is very swollen and bruised and I can't open my mouth wide or talk right (which everyone is probably enjoying since I have limited conversations!). Weekend Mania!

So, the weekend was crazy full of crazy fun! Thursday- Alexis and Madeline stayed the night. Friday Evening- Alexis and Madeline went back to their parents and then Alaina, Natalie and I had a "girls weekend" (we had a blast staying up until 7 am Saturday!!!). Saturday- We got all fancied up for our youth and our YMT/PC team Tacky Party. WOW!!!! DOUBLE WOW!!!! The party brought out our inner tacky-ness (if that is a word!). That was a heap of fun! Then afterwards Me, Alaina, Natalie, and Brooke went to Wal-Mart to sport our "look"....and boy did we get some looks! :) Then we went home and had another girls night. Sunday- Sunday School and then Worship Service and then we prepared a meal for our visitors and then off to Spanish Service and then Sunday evening service! What a full and awesome weekend!!!!! Today was "Bake until you shake, plop and drop" day. The kids had a competition fundraiser. The kid who sold the most cakes got $50. The sold almost 200 cakes!!!!!!! So, I made 27 Strawberry Shortcakes today. I know what you are thinking.....actually I don't!....."wow that is a lot of cake!" I started at 2 pm and then at 4 pm Alaina and Natalie showed up to help.....and boyhowdy did we have some fun! We were wearing cake and strawberry jell-o from head to toe when we got done (which was somewhere around 11pm). All in all we had a spectastic day! Hope everyone else had the same! Over and Out! Well, today has been a good day! :) Right now I am working on learning some new Spanish songs for our Spanish service this Sunday and blogging (duh!). I'm sooo ready for Thanksgiving! My mother already has it smelling like cinnamon, vanilla and pumkin in our house...and it is HEAVENLY! Hmmm............ What do I have to say today? I was asked to post everyday by one of my new blog readers BUT I don't have much to say to the public....that might be difficult to comprehend if you know me! :) So, I am supposed to be making hair accessories for this lady in our church who has started selling kids clothes. I am really excited! Anyhow...I have found a style of clothes I REALLY like. It's a cross between vintage, modern and funky. So would it be called Fundernage? Whatever! Used to when I went shopping I just bought what ever I found that fit okay and what everyone else thought was "in" but I have found that fashion is in one day and the next day it's out again so I might as well find a style I like and just run with it. :) A few weeks ago I was talking to a lady I know and she was critiquing someones style but yet her style is kind of older...which I am not putting down bc Vintage is coming back out and that was from years and years ago so one of these days what she is wearing will be in style again. :) People have different styles period. If we all had the same style and if we all looked alike this world would be a mighty boring place because it would just be a lot of the same person everywhere...scary, huh? :) We all have to try some risks in fashion one time or another...sometimes some people can go too far but thats their choice. So, if you are someone who is wanting to try something new but afraid of what others think....forget about them and TRY IT! If you are like me and depend on other peoples opinion...just ask them if they have any tips or suggestions for you to try and from there you can decide if you want to go for what they are suggesting or if you want to go with your gut feeling...most of the time your gut won't let you down (unless you are sick...well....you get the point!). ANYWAY......I will get off my soapbox now and maybe go shopping for a new wardrobe for the Fall/Winter! :) INSPIRATION!!!!! Gotta Love It! :)

Well......I never could figure out how on earth to get a video posted and I didn't want to look like a dummy and ask for help....so I didn't and now I am telling the whole world (or a couple of people in the world) why I didn't ask for help. AND that didn't make any sense at all and I don't care! :) ANYHOW, I started a youtube account because I have several of videos I want to put up here and I couldn't figure out how to run the blogger one (didn't we just go through this?!). So, yeah! I have had a grand ol' time this month! Blogging takes FOREVER...unlike quick posts on Twitter and Face Book! Man, we live in a stop and go world....too much FAST food and not enough "turtle" cheesecake!!! :) Soooo.....some REALLY exciting things are happening at our church! We are looking to buy a mobile stage so we can go into the city, set up stage and have a FULL BLOWN SERVICE!!!!!! And, we also have serveral things set up for the Christmas season...like helping in a Soup Kitchen, Operation Christmas Child and volunteering at the local Salvation Army. I am so glad that the vision that God has blessed my Pastor with is becoming reality! God is doing AWESOME things in our youth group and in our 5 daughter works also! It is SUPER exciting! Anyhow, I thought I would bring everyone up to date on a peice of my life. :) Next post will probably be about our youth class and what we have been talking about on Sunday's. Piano Fingers, Papers and Best Actress

2 Blogpost. Same day. Few minutes apart from each other. No, it's not a violation of the "blog law". Thanks for asking though! :) So last Sunday night after church Alaina, Natalie and I decided we had nothing to do sooo..........Natalie was going to play us a song on the piano and entertain us. She did just that! The girl is hilarious! Her fingers got all tangled up! I have a video but that will have to come later. :)

Then we got bored again SOOOO we decided to collect ALL of the papers that people had left at church and read them....#1 Tip if you don't want people reading the notes you write in church don't leave them there! :)....We found some pretty awesome (as in "crazy funny") papers! :) And we also got up in the choir risers and got our "special praise" on! :)

Where does the "Best Actress" come in? Well, we are doing a Chirtmas play called "It all happened in the Country" and Natalie plays the city girl (if you know Natalie you know that it fits her PERFECTLY!) This play is hilarious and I can't wait until we started on it (and about halfway through I will be ready to be done with it!) And I close this blog post on this note.........Friends are AWESOME even if they are 7 years younger than you! :)

Stress and Laughter

Hey EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!! I kind of spaced out a couple weeks ago after typing this. I thought I had posted it but realized I hadn't so y'all get to read about my crazy weekend that I had last weekend! I thought about just deleting it but......WHY IN THE WORLD would I want to do that?! I mean blogs are for telling people what ever you want them to know....and if you want to keep readers you have to tell them what they want to hear and you got to do it regularly (something I do NOT do). SOOOOO.....if you want people to read your blog give them something interesting to read (or pictures to look at...for the people who hate reading but love feeling important...and yes some people feel important because they read certain peoples blog). Anyhow enough rambling....here is the post bout my crazy weekend from last weekend! :)

August 26th/ Thursday-Picked up my little cousin so he could stay the night. Found out we had to make a grooms cake for a wedding the very next day.

(this is a veiw from the side of the cake because I didn't get anymore...and also I couldn't figure out how to rotate it so y'all will just have to turn your computer screen sideways to see it correctly) August 27th/Friday-Got up early and started on the cake. Got done about 2 hours before the wedding. Transported the cake in 101°F weather (it melted a bit). Got to the wedding and fixed hair and then helped serve afterwards (it was a night wedding). Went to a friends house after the wedding reception and helped them pack and move.

August 28th/Saturday-At 6:30 AM we got home from helping our friends move. Got up at 8:00 AM to go on a Sunday School Field Trip with all the little kids (some of us "older kids" went too). I was living on a couple (seemed like a few minutes) of sleep. We went to see "Alice and the Wonderland" in a local theater (it's kinda of small). The play was put on mostly by kids (there was 2 teenagers playing King and Queen). Well, since I was living off of a couple hours of sleep EVERYTHING was funny! I can't really explain what really happened, but there were 2 little boys pushing around ficus trees and pretending they were heavy and I cracked up! I was laughing so hard I was crying and everyone around was laughing at me because I was laughing which made me laugh even harder! Got home at about 3 pm and I went to bed and slept for FOREVER! :)

August 29th/Sunday-I got up at 7 am and went to youth prayer, then had youth class (and both was INCREDIBLY AWESOME), then we went back to the main church for our main service, had lunch, then back for some more awesome church and then it was time to go home.

Everyone is talking about food so I thought I would share my recent addiction to Skittles. :)

Hi. My name is Chastity and I am addicted to Skittle's (especially the SOUR ones). Please HELP! :)

On the more serious side of things....I have found my new crafting project. Putting silhouettes on EVERYTHING! :) It's awesome, people! You can do chandelier's, birds, tulips, neck ties, guitars' cloth purses, scarfs and TONS more! I love them on t-shirts....AWESOME-NESS! :)

......DYING IN TEXAS HEAT (it's as close to DEATH as I could get :)! Ay-ay-ay! It is SOOOO HOT in Texas! Right now it's 100°F but it feels like 130°F! Geeze Louise! This weather is not meant for humans! :) But despite the weather everyone around here has been busy as bee's. Today is the day! I am going to have to try to describe one of my best friends with just a few words at her 13th Birthday Ceremony. I have been going through some pictures and videos we have taken in the past years. OH MY WORD!!!! We have had some HILARIOUS moments! I watched the videos again and I was laughing so hard I was crying! She won't let me post any though....I am surprised she still likes me after the pictures I have posted of her already. :) When we are together we have the time of our lives. Sometimes I forget she is 4 years younger than me though...which is a good thing! ;) Alaina, when you read this (and I know you will because I am posting more pictures. lol!) I want you to know I love you and I will always be here for you. I know we have had our up's and down's together but friendship is about sticking together through it all...and we are certainly still living. :) I hope you have a great birthday celebration! P.S. Heritage was great this year! The night services were UH-MA-ZING! Definitely changed my life for good! I got to hang out with some great friends from my youth group and with some of my best friends from out of town and got to meet more friends! I had a fun experiance at the hotel too! :) Let's just say we had a VERY grumpy neighbor who threatened to call the police on us if we didn't quit talking because she had to get up at 4:00 am....scared everyone half to death! On the way back our plane got delayed with us on it (they had to call out some people to look at it). Michelle was kind of freaking out about it and i was having fun at her expence! :) I made sure I didn't tell my mom about our delayed plane until I got home and I am glad I didn't because she freaked out and I wasn't even on the plane! :) The nature of a Mother...espcially since this was my first trip to ride a plane! :) Here are several of pictures....the rest will be posted on my Face Book.

Vacation....with few pictures :(

We got back from San Antonio a couple of hours...and boy am I glad to be home! My family and I had so much fun! But, after the second day I was starting to get homesick and was singing "On the road again, on the road again...I can't wait to get on the road again!" Pathetic, huh?! :) We went to the Riverwalk Tuesday.......and we had some pretty fun experiances there! I will explain in the next post....Wednesday we went to the Alamo, Tursday we went to Sea World, Friday was rest day :) and Saturday we went to Sea World again, then headed home around 7:00. "The Tale of Few Pictures." We were heading out of our house and I had a total brain burp. I couldn't remember if I had packed my battery charger for my camera or not (Britt, girls can have sometimers too! lol!) and my camera is not one that you can just pop some double A's in either....NO it's a $30 battery that you have to order online and wait 4 to 6 days to get. So, I ran back inside and tore my room apart looking for the stinking thing (and I was getting rushed by the others who were ready to leave town). I was FREAKING OUT! Finally I gave up. I told my mom she was just going to have very few pictures because I couldn't find my charger...she was bummed! We got halfway thru the 3rd day and it went kerplunk. I was so upset!!!! The thought had never occured to me that when you think you pack something maybe you should check your suitcase for it! Well, when we got home I started unpacking my suitcase and lo and behold! I found it in one of the pockets in my suitcase. I was FURIOUS! LOL! I went and told my mom- she just shook her head and said "you had that silly thing all along and I could have got some more pictures." Thats when I laughed! :) At least my brother had his big ol' honkin' camera with him....although he only brought it the last day because he didn't want it to get wet. Lol! And, we all lived happily ever after....with the memories forever in our mind and hearts! :) ~THE END!

Youth Fundraiser....

So.......our youth group did this fundraiser bake-sale deal and there was a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner for whoever sold the most homemade goodies. Well, my mom is the only one in our church who makes the BEST cheesecakes EVER and so me, my mother, her friend Ronda and Joan helped. We had 43 Mocha Cheesecakes to make. 29 in just ONE DAY. So here are some pictures from our experience. :)

They don't sell the Chocolate Graham Crackers or Chocolate Nilla Wafers either so we had to scrape the cream out of these Chocolate cookies. :)

Ok, so I don't know where that came from but, who cares anyhow?! :) I haven't had too much to talk about here recently and when I did I didn't feel like typing it all out. Here are a few pictures for Tim Rivers' appreciation party. My pictures are horribly blurry and a bad quality for 2 reasons. #1 The lighting in there was awful. #2 Someone else had my camera and they didn't know how to work it. :) We had a incredible time!!!!! The night was full of surprises for Tim. When Pastor gave him his Commemorative plaque he cried and while giving his speech his was crying (and of course he had several of us in tears too :) and Bro. Stringfellow (a great friend of his) came by and of course he got over $50 in gift cards to a bunch of Hamburger Joints! :) And we ate pizza and played Zoomy, Zoomy, Catch Phrase and Who Sir, Me Sir, No Sir, Not I sir and card games until 12 am. We had a blast!!!!

Winter Heritage 2009-2010 was the absolute best!!!!!!! The services were amazing! I will never forget what God did in those services. I believe because of comittments made in those services this year will be better than the last! My Jesus is awesome!!!!!!! :)

Blogger won't let me give my post a title and I am disgusted about it.....Gotta call Mr. Fix-It! :) I will get directly to the point. I had a i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e time in Oklahoma Friday and Saturday! Shopping, acting retarded, eating *smile*, dressing mannequins and going to the beautiful wedding! So many memories were made! The only bad thing was it took me too long to wake up Saturday morning (I am such a Frumper!) Leaving was REALLY hard but I made it through! :) Winter Heritage is 1 week and 3 days away....Can't wait!!!!

The Caroling last night was a absolute BLAST!!!!! We had so much fun! We went and sang for several of people in our church that are suffering and struggling this Christmas Season. I almost cried several of times...it was so sweet! But while we were driving from house to house we played freeze out, done several of fire drills and turned the radio up as loud as it could go (well almost) and sang Christmas music to the TOP of our lungs and as off key as we could get it! And after we got done at the last house we went back to the church and had snacks, hot chocolate (with MARSHMELLOWS!!!) and hot apple cider. We had lots of fun! So here are a few pictures. Ok, so the title is a bit random...sorry! :) I have a ton of pictures/videos to upload and I think I am going to have them all in separate posts so it looks like I blog a lot....that could be translated as deceiving others. :) So let me start with the youth service Friday night. It was I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E!!!!!! Bro. McLaughlin (sp?) preached "Don't be vessels in Hell's house". So many lives were touched in that service. It will be a message I will always remember! And today was "Celebration Sunday" at our church so we only had one service. So us youth folks gathered for a time of fun and fellowship. We played spoons (it was hilarious!), Egyptian Rat Race, Liar (aka B.S.), Pit, Apples to Apples, talked, laughed and snacked for hours. We had a blast...and thats where I took a lot of pictures/videos. :) Still have Christmas Caroling this weekend so then there will be a lot more pictures (I hope). I am very hungry for some chips right now so I am going to go raid the pantry. I hope everyone had a awesome weekend!

Is Thanksgiving really over? Is it almost Christmas already? Yes and yes. Oh. my. word. this year has gone by SO stinkin' fast! This is the time of the year when I have something going every single week...so it will be good seeing that I will have tons of pictures and things to blog about....next week will be Christmas Caroling and Youth Rally. :) I hope ya'll have a great Christmas Season! Celebrating "All you can eat Turkey"

It's that time of the year when for one whole week (or month) you get to eat nothing but Turkey. Day 1: Turkey and dressing. Day 2: Turkey and the last of the dressing. Day 3: Turkey Sandwiches. Day 4: Turkey Stew. Day 5: Tukey Salad. Day 6: Turkey Casserole. Day 6: Turkey Chili. Day 7: Turkey Pot Pie...and if we get lucky that is all the Turkey left in the freezer! :) I LOVE Turkey, but one or two days is enough to last me till the next year! Lol! Anyhow, just wanted to wish ya'll and Happy Thanksgiving and I hope this year ya'll get all the Turkey you can handle, but make sure you leave room for the pumkin roll, pumkin pie, pecan pie and all that GOOD stuff! :) Happy Turkey Day!
