Celebrating "All you can eat Turkey"
It's that time of the year when for one whole week (or month) you get to eat nothing but Turkey. Day 1: Turkey and dressing. Day 2: Turkey and the last of the dressing. Day 3: Turkey Sandwiches. Day 4: Turkey Stew. Day 5: Tukey Salad. Day 6: Turkey Casserole. Day 6: Turkey Chili. Day 7: Turkey Pot Pie...and if we get lucky that is all the Turkey left in the freezer! :) I LOVE Turkey, but one or two days is enough to last me till the next year! Lol! Anyhow, just wanted to wish ya'll and Happy Thanksgiving and I hope this year ya'll get all the Turkey you can handle, but make sure you leave room for the pumkin roll, pumkin pie, pecan pie and all that GOOD stuff! :) Happy Turkey Day!

Stress= eat more chocolate :)
...OH but I forgot my chocolate at home...which isn't a very smart thing to do when you have to babysit 15 to 20 WILD and WOUND UP kids! Last night the youth committee had a meeting and so I volunteered myself to watch the kids (which at the time was only 5 kids) . So, I had 15 to 20 kids at the church and I was watching them by myself (well I had a little help...but 1 tip...guys don't know a lot when it comes to diapers, restroom breaks, Duck-duck-goose or Ring-around-the-rosies!)and we had to be quite and also no running because they were having the meeting in the back so we had to be in the sanctuary. Half of them were starving or needed a little snack...and 2 of them got put into time-out more times than I could count(they are going to HATE me!:) But nonetheless, we had a good time playing red light, green light (walking) and we did get to squeeze in the "quite" game for about 5 minutes. But, you don't hear me complaining because it could have been 50 kids. :) I just got to remember bring surprises for them next time....and DON'T FORGET MY CHOCOLATE! :)

Her song are so powerful and God has given her a great talent for writting and singing! Her song "Hail to the King" is one of my faves along with a bunch of others!

This is what you call a lady who really wants to be modest (or maybe she just wants to be warm!) Hmm...maybe I should get one! Jk! :)

Just thinking thoughts....
More Than A Day
As Thanksgiving Day rolls around,
It brings up some facts, quite profound.
We may think that we're poor,
Feel like bums, insecure,
But in truth, our riches astound.
We have friends and family we love;
We have guidance from heaven above.
We have so much more
Than they sell in a store,
We're wealthy, when push comes to shove.
So add up your blessings, I say;
Make Thanksgiving last more than a day.
Enjoy what you've got;
Realize it's a lot,
And you'll make all your cares go away.
