Back2School Jam

This past weekend we had a Back to School Jam for the kiddos that we have been teaching at the Boy's and Girl's Club on Rosedale for the past few months. These kids are such a joy to be around. It's so amazing how they love to just spend time with someone who pays they some attention...of course, bringing candy and games help too. :o) We had a bounce house, hot dogs and sack lunches, prizes, and LOTS of candy.There were 36 kids that signed up for the Sunday School Bus and 16 new faces on the Bus the next morning!!!!! It was so amazing to see some of the kids that we have been talking to for months come to Sunday School! So AMAZING! :o) This is just a few of the MANY pictures my brother took. I didn't have a funny, fancy, or interesting title, so I decided to state the obvious. :o) :o) :o) I know I need to blog more I just haven't had the time, words, or the energy. Blogging takes lots of work, Folks! :o) Anyhow, I was going through some pictures and found this picture that my brother took about a month or two ago and thought I would share, and the bottom picture is from our GLOW Girl's slumber party a few weeks ago. I am running out of pictures to blog, so I may need to take more. :o)

Birthday in August

I got my birthday cake.....a month and a half later. It's okay though, because I had a party all over again. I sang "Happy Birthday" to myself and everything. Hahahah!  It was a delicious carrot cake made by a good friend. Now time to diet...AGAIN! :o)

Happy Birthday to the most loyal, hilarious, sweet, awesome, gorgeous, and best friend anyone could ever ask for. Seriously, she is the BEST!!!! Some friends are total fakes, but she has stuck by me even when I haven't been a good friend to her. Alaina, I just want you to know how much I love you and how much you mean to me. Hope you enjoyed your birthday, and I'm glad I got to celebrate it with you! Much love to you, Mi Amiga :o)

Another year older....where's the cake?!

Soooo, I'm a little late posting about my birthday, but anyhow. :o) This year I celebrated my 19th a little smaller than I normally do....shocker, I know! :o) I was sick this birthday, so it was a fun one. Hahahaha! My family went Downtown Fort Worth to the Trinity River along with some friends and watched the fireworks and the big show they had out there (TX does it BIG, Y'all!), and then the following Saturday a few of us went to Plucker's and devoured some lunch.:o) We also had our Anniversary Services that weekend. So I had an AMAZING week! Anyhow, here are a few pictures...I didn't get very many. :o\

Youthies and Randomness

I get SOOO stinkin' tired of people saying that we're "going charismatic!" Obviously you don't know what you are talking about because you haven't seen it with your own eyes, instead you're just slurping in what others are saying and having a feast on it. Plus, you shouldn't be gossiping anyhow. So BOOYAH! Hahahah! It's just completely sad! :o) But anyhow!!! My life has been AWESOME recently! Every time I turn around it just gets better. :o) Our pastor and his family announced on Mothers' Day that they were having another baby, and the day after Fathers' Day they found out it is TWINS!!!!!!!! Yay!!!! :o) I'm SOOOOO excited for them!!!! It's going to be an AWESOME year!!!! :o) I love the Pixler's SOOO much, and now they'll have 2 more for me to love! :o)
